Your mission

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior React Frontend Developer passionate about creating beautiful, pixel-perfect UIs. You will elevate our music distribution software to exceptional standards, ensuring our platforms shine with the elegance and precision of top-tier products like those from Apple. Collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver outstanding user experiences for our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development: Build and maintain responsive React applications, implementing pixel-perfect designs and ensuring consistency across all screens.
UI/UX Enhancement: Polish existing UI from 80% to 100%, incorporating advanced animations and interactive elements to enhance user engagement.
Design Collaboration: Work with the design team to translate wireframes and mockups into functional interfaces, providing feedback on design feasibility.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code, conduct thorough code reviews, and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
User-Centric Development: Conduct user research and usability testing to create intuitive, customizable interfaces that meet the needs of artists, producers, and music enthusiasts.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our software.

Your profile

Experience:
- 5+ years in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proven track record of deploying high-quality React applications.
Technical Skills:
- Expert in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Proficient with state management (Redux, MobX) and CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
- Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion).
Design & Aesthetics:
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Passion for creating beautiful, intuitive user interfaces.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Collaborative team player with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Passion for Music:
- Genuine enthusiasm for the music industry and experience with music-focused platforms is a plus.
