Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, tech-savvy Operations Manager to lead and optimize Label OS operations. Your mission is to implement scalable processes, champion no-code/low-code automation, and ensure compliance across diverse markets. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize data workflows, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a passion for music, data-driven thinking, and a proven track record in operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Strategy & Iterative Improvements
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational plans supporting rapid growth and global distribution.
- Foster a test-and-learn culture, using lean and agile methodologies to continuously refine Label OS processes.
Process Automation & Integration
- Identify and automate repetitive tasks using no-code/low-code or RPA tools (e.g., Zapier, UiPath, Make.com, n8n.io).
- Leverage or explore advanced automation solutions (AI Agents, etc.) to streamline operations and integrations.
- Integrate Label OS with external SaaS solutions (CRM, ERP, BI tools) to ensure seamless data flow and high data hygiene.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Establish KPIs and maintain real-time dashboards to track operational performance (e.g., OKRs, monthly reviews).
- Use data analytics for resource planning, capacity forecasting, and evidence-based strategic decisions.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Adhere to music industry regulations, international data protection laws (GDPR)
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address operational risks, ensuring all Label OS workflows meet enterprise-grade standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Align operational needs with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales teams, using clear communication channels (e.g., Slack, Teams).
- Facilitate effective hand-offs and data sharing, ensuring consistent user experiences for label clients.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience: 5–7 years in operations with a blend of startup and enterprise exposure, especially in SaaS or tech environments.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath) and SaaS integrations (CRM, ERP, BI).
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms for rapid deployment.
- Strong understanding of lean/agile principles, data analytics, and project management tools.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable in fast-paced, cross-functional settings, comfortable with quick pivots.
- Collaboration-focused, ensuring smooth partnerships across various departments.
